Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor provides direction at a single location, leading staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting our Penske goals and objectives. This role will be First Shift hours, and the leader must be present 30 minutes prior to the start of shift and may have to work on off-shift as needed.
What You Will Do
Provide operational leadership to individual contributors and hourly workforce to ensure the execution of daily tasks and activities, including loading/unloading of trailers, cross-docking, and customer service operations.
