Requirements

  • Preferred experience in Operations Supervisor leadership role within the armored transportation or warehousing industry
  • Ability to work directly with branch leadership in mitigating risk through coaching, training, surveillance, loss investigations, compliance and policy/procedure enforcement
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, Route Planning, CIT Operations, CMS Operations, Employee Training, Access Controls, Data Analysis, ATM Services, Claims Resolution, Loss Investigations, and ability to prepare for and work with Internal and External auditors
