Job Description
Summit School Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor to provide overall CSC operational leadership, directing student transportation services, driver training, and vehicle maintenance programs. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with a valid Commercial Driver's License and experience in ground transportation. The position is part of Durham School Services, a diverse workforce committed to promoting the protection and safeguarding of all children and passengers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years' work experience, with 3 years in ground transportation industry preferred
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements preferred
  • Bi-lingual abilities a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software and transportation related software
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and group presentation skills
  • Well-developed multi-tasking and time management skills
