Job Description
Supervise and coordinate Warehouse Personnel and warehouse activities to meet productivity goals, operating objectives, and warehouse maintenance functions. Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Perform adjustments as necessary to operate within specifications.
Requirements
Supervise Warehouse Personnel and warehouse activities
Collaborate with internal and external customers
Research errors and implement corrective actions
Develop plans and programs for process improvement
Coordinate new and current employee training
Prepare work schedules
Ensure building is secure during scheduled hours
Assign daily work load to Warehouse Personnel
Supervise warehouse safety and good housekeeping
Compile daily productivity and reliability statistics
Conduct employee performance reviews
Complete daily sanitation schedule and process end-shift paperwork
