Job Description
Operations Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating Warehouse Personnel and warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and shipping of materials, and ensuring productivity goals and operating objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Supervise and coordinate Warehouse Personnel and warehouse activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies
  • Develop plans and programs for process improvement
  • Perform adjustments as necessary to operate within specifications
  • Ensure building is secure during scheduled hours
  • Assign daily work load to Warehouse Personnel
  • Supervise Warehouse Personnel performance and provide cross training when needed
  • Conduct employee performance reviews
  • Complete daily sanitation schedule and process end-shift paperwork
  • Act as backup in the absence of Operations Manager of Commercial Operations
