Job Description
Operations Supervisor responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, coordinating warehouse activities, and ensuring building and product security. Must have a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in distribution and warehouse management.

Requirements

  • Supervise the Warehouse Lead and Warehouse Personnel
  • Coordinate all warehouse activities
  • Prepare work schedules
  • Resourcefully and economically organize completion of day to day picking and loading
  • Collaborate with internal and external Clients and Customers
  • Research errors and implement corrective actions
  • Assist in developing plans and programs for process improvement
  • Coordinate new and current employee training
  • Perform adjustments to daily work assignments
  • Ensure building and product is secure during scheduled hours
  • Supervise the basic fundamentals of warehouse safety and good housekeeping
  • Confirm warehouse SOP’s are being adhered to
  • Address employee issues effectively and efficiently
  • Effectively oversee warehouse personnel performance
  • Conduct employee performance reviews
  • Complete daily sanitation schedule and process end-shift paperwork
  • Consistently inform Operations Manager of potential problems and changes
  • Act as backup in the absence of the Operations Manager
  • Perform special projects as assigned by Operations Manager
