Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor provides overall CSC operational leadership by directing student transportation services, driver training and vehicle maintenance programs to support the operating plan and overall business goals. They promote and ensure safe, efficient and effective operations, monitor staff training requirements, and ensure all employees obtain the required skills and abilities to perform their job assignments.
What You Will Do
The Operations Supervisor will set performance expectations, coach and counsel direct reports, administer employee discipline, ensure overall compliance with Company policies and/or processes, and oversee compliance with state and district regulations. They will also attend meetings with School District Representatives, represent the company in a professional manner, and prepare and submit required customer-related reports.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years’ work experience required, with 3 years in ground transportation industry preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License with appropriate endorsements
- Experience supervising/training a driver workforce
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software and transportation related software
