Role OverviewManage people, materials, customer service, and costs in the warehouse in alignment with Company policies and goals. This position impacts customer satisfaction and profitability.
What You Will Do
Monitor and ensure operational metrics are achieved, ensure SOP and customer work instructions are followed, and meet or exceed shipping accuracy of 99.9%. Perform cycle counts, communicate all aspects of the operation, and participate in daily communications with the Management Team.
