Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor provides overall leadership for student transportation services, driver training, and vehicle maintenance programs. They ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations, monitor staff training requirements, and set performance expectations for direct reports. The supervisor also oversees compliance with company policies and state regulations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include directing student transportation services, driver training, and vehicle maintenance programs, setting performance expectations, coaching and counseling direct reports, and administering employee discipline. The supervisor also prepares and submits customer-related reports, documents and manages customer or employee complaints, and reviews customer survey data.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years' work experience, with 3 years in the ground transportation industry preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and transportation-related software
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and group presentation skills
- Well-developed multi-tasking and time management skills
