The Operations Supervisor will ensure regulatory compliance, foster a positive safety culture, maintain employee relationships, manage plant operations, ensure cost management, meet business commitments, and interface with customers.

Requirements

- A minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience

- Management and leadership skills
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- Interpersonal and labor relations skills
- Interfacing skills at all levels, as well as with external contacts and customer
