Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor will plan, schedule, coordinate, and implement methods and procedures to ensure efficient and economical routing and movement of customers' freight in an error-free manner. This role requires knowledge of the LTL/Transportation Industry and the ability to manage drivers and dockworkers.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include compiling production and service records, inspecting and measuring performance, reviewing logs and reports, setting up appointment freight deliveries, performing billing and rating, maintaining communication with customers, and assisting with training and development of personnel.
