Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day functions of routing, dispatching, and other client delivery objectives at a specific profit center. This position will supervise a team of Operations Coordinators that monitor motor carrier performance and provide feedback to motor carriers and location management. In addition, this position will assist CDT/RTD in monitoring and troubleshooting of delivery issues in a proactive and highly responsive manner.
What You Will Do
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: oversee day-to-day delivery operations, ensure timely reporting of loadout/returns compliance, maintain professional working relationships with location management, peers, motor carriers, client employees, and other department managers, and perform other duties as assigned.
