Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor provides overall CSC operational leadership by directing student transportation services, driver training, and vehicle maintenance programs to support the operating plan and overall business goals. This role involves promoting and ensuring safe, efficient, and effective operations, monitoring staff training requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and state and district regulations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include setting performance expectations, coaching and counseling direct reports, administering employee discipline, preparing and submitting customer-related reports, documenting and managing customer or employee complaints, and overseeing the optimization of vehicle routing.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years' work experience, with 3 years in ground transportation industry preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software and transportation-related software
- Bi-lingual abilities a plus
