Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor will supervise moderately skilled to skilled employees and operations in one or more production functions. They will maintain production schedules, plan work, assign work, and train employees. The role requires moderate to high complexity in coordination and supervision of employees.
What You Will Do
The Operations Supervisor will provide necessary leadership to manage, coach, and direct assigned teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics. They will interview and select new talent, hold team accountable through coaching and discipline, and motivate and reinforce good behavior through timely recognition.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of applicable job experience (ex. production, distribution, logistics)
- Previous leadership/supervision experience
- Experience with Lean System practices across multiple processes
- Track record of ensuring equipment is properly maintained and preventative maintenance is performed in a timely manner
- Experience in decision making and exercising sound judgement to plan and accomplish goals
