Monitor performance, provide training and mentorship, and motivate employees while ensuring proper task delegation. Track key performance metrics, including quality, cost, delivery, and productivity, and report findings to upper management.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS and HighJump systems
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- 2+ years of experience using MS Excel, MS Word, and email systems
- Leadership competencies in expectation-setting, performance management, accountability, recognition, and communication
- Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards
- Ability to stand for short durations
- Ability to walk and climb stairs
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays based on customer demand
- Ability to lift, push, kneel, carry, and reach with arms and hands
