Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day functions of routing, dispatching, and other client delivery objectives at a specific profit center. This position will supervise a team of Operations Coordinators that monitor motor carrier performance and provide feedback to motor carriers and location management.
What You Will Do
The Operations Supervisor will assist CDT/RTD in monitoring and troubleshooting of delivery issues in a proactive and highly responsive manner. This position will spend most of their time in the office or warehouse helping to maximize the performance of the site by providing feedback and coaching to their team.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
- Strong people and operations supervisory skills
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to embrace new technology
- Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred
