Role OverviewResponsible for coordinating and managing multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping. This position has overall warehouse operations responsibility during the absence of the Warehouse Manager and has the ability to supervise Distribution Supervisors.
What You Will Do
Analyzes and resolves work problems, works with teammates to review bills of lading, assigns teammates to specific duties, establishes work schedules, and supervises Leads and warehouse teammates.

Must possess the general ability to use Windows-based programs, routine ability to retrieve and utilize available reports, and general knowledge of basic topics such as math, reading, and basic accounting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Successful completion of all company warehouse training modules resulting in certification
- Certified on all warehouse machinery
- At least three years of O&M experience required
- For external hires, at least one year supervisory experience required and at least two years warehouse experience preferred
