Role OverviewProvides overall CSC operational leadership by directing student transportation services, driver training and vehicle maintenance programs to support the operating plan and overall business goals.

Monitors staff training requirements, sets performance expectations, and administers employee discipline; ensures overall compliance with Company policies and/or processes.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years’ work experience required
- 3 years in ground transportation industry preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License with appropriate endorsements
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software and transportation related software
