Role OverviewProvides overall CSC operational leadership by directing student transportation services, driver training and vehicle maintenance programs to support the operating plan and overall business goals.
What You Will Do
Monitors staff training requirements, sets performance expectations, and administers employee discipline. Oversees compliance with state and district regulations, and prepares and submits required customer-related reports.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience
- 3 years in ground transportation industry preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver's License with appropriate endorsements
- Bi-lingual abilities a plus
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software and transportation related software
