Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day functions of routing, dispatching, and other client delivery objectives at a specific profit center. This position will supervise a team of Operations Coordinators that monitor motor carrier performance and provide feedback to motor carriers and location management.

The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day delivery operations, ensure timely reporting of loadout/returns compliance, maintain professional working relationships, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
