Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day Operations of the Value-Added Assembly (VAA) area, including staffing, training, scheduling, processing, equipment maintenance, and loss prevention.
What You Will Do
The Operations Supervisor will oversee the timely distribution of outgoing deliveries, ensure accurate processing of materials, communicate with Plant Superintendent and Quality Personnel, and participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.

Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Two (2) + years Supervisor/ Leadership/ Management experience within Manufacturing Operations
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
