This role involves supervising donors, managing production records, and ensuring adherence to FDA and internal company procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Phlebotomist certification (with Phlebotomist certification)
  • Donor Processing certification
  • Plasma Processor certification
  • Certified as a Designated Trainer
  • Work performed in a plasma center (exposure to biological fluids and electrical equipment).
  • Physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and lifting (15lbs, 50lbs max).
  • Communication and data record-keeping skills.
