Job Description
In this position, you will lead plant operations crew members in a medium-sized industrial processing plant. Your primary goal is to assure safe and efficient production by working with and supporting directives from the Operations Manager and delegating assignments and responding to changing conditions in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform Production Operator duties in ALL areas of production facility
  • Available to work fill in shifts on nights and weekends as needed
  • Understanding of all plant operational processes and procedures, including routine and emergency start-up and shutdown practices
  • Ability to effectively facilitate problem solving and troubleshooting with multiple people from different areas of responsibility
  • Ability to give clear and concise direction to others
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment operations and care
  • Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge in the areas of: planning, organizing, and interpersonal communications
  • Analytical testing and specifications for control points and final product
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of applicable regulatory requirements of FRA, TTB and state regulations
  • Valid Driver's License
