Job Description
The Operations Supervisor will supervise branch, yard operations and personnel to ensure customer expectations for product, operations, delivery, and installation and pick up are being met or exceeded.
Requirements
Supervises daily yard operation
Plans and schedules all deliveries, installations, and equipment returns
Maintains adequate rental inventory levels
Maximizes the utilization of Company assets
Assures the maintenance and repair of rental fleet, trucks, trailers, and yard machinery
Maintains safe, neat and efficient operating conditions
Conducts regular safety meetings with subordinates
Provides all written reports and records required by management
Prepares and trains for proper installation and operation of new products
