Operations Supervisor, Outbound

The Operations Supervisor, Outbound is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the outbound functions within a warehouse. The supervisor will help lead daily operations related to motor carrier compliance, route planning and monitoring, and customer/client service. This position requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with time spent both on the warehouse floor and in the office.

What You Will Do

Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, lead and participate in active route monitoring daily, assist with audits, and ensure returns processes align with RLX and client-specific requirements.
