Job Description
Buckland is looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's operations department, ensuring efficient customer service and overseeing operational processes. The Operations Supervisor will be a key leader and will assist with developing and implementing strategies and plans to improve department efficiency and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma in International Trade, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years proven customs, compliance, or international trade experience.
  • Knowledge of Annex 24 and IMMEX program.
  • Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of organization, time management and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English.
  • Full understanding of customs regulations in applicable country.
  • Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
  • Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MX.
