Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day functions of Inbound Operations, unloading customers' product into the Hub and out into inventory locations prior to any outbound activity. This position will assist in monitoring and troubleshooting delivery issues in a proactive and highly responsive manner.
What You Will Do
The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day delivery operations, including monitoring morning loadout/check in, delivery activity, evaluation of motor carrier needs, and customer service. They will also ensure timely reporting of loadout/returns compliance and motor carrier compliance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Strong people and operations supervisory skills
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to embrace new technology
- 2-3 years of Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred
