Role OverviewProvide outstanding customer service to patients, guests, and staff, supporting operational needs of the department. This includes distributing visitor passes, lab specimen pick-up/drop-off, ED transport assistance, Patient Experience rounds, and Meds to Beds courier.
What You Will Do
Meet and greet visitors, patients, and staff; distribute visitor passes; perform Patient Experience rounds; transport patients; transport specimens; deliver medications; and provide patient transport assistance.

Must have 1+ years of basic patient care and/or customer service experience; must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
