Requirements

  • Monitor and analyze system performance, network traffic, and application uptime
  • Identify and resolve operational issues
  • Provide day-to-day support for servers, systems, backups, cloud services, and enterprise applications
  • Maintain IT operations documentation
  • Participate in IT incident, change, and problem management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
  • Assist in patch management, system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery testing
  • Track and report key performance metrics and service levels
  • Support compliance, audit, and security initiatives
