Operations Support Coordinator

The Operations Support Coordinator will generate profitable growth through the sale and distribution of refreshing beverages, innovative customer-focused marketing programs, and superior customer service. The role involves analyzing and scheduling dynamic daily routing plans, organizing pallets, consolidating trucks, and sending orders to be picked in the warehouse. The Operations Coordinator will also be in charge of Order Procurement for assigned or multiple franchises, gathering detailed forecasts, and utilizing procurement tools to make ordering decisions.

What You Will Do

The Operations Support Coordinator will analyze and schedule dynamic daily routing plans, organize pallets, consolidate trucks, and send orders to be picked in the warehouse. They will also be in charge of Order Procurement for assigned or multiple franchises, communicate with external suppliers and/or internal sales and operations teams, and provide coverage and support across the entire operational support department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years operations experience in either Order Procurement and/or Strategic Routing
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strategic thinker with a vision
• Strong management, leadership, and coaching abilities
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
• Basic math skills
