Job Description
Schneider is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to set up and maintain customer rate and accessorial profiles, and ensure accurate invoicing of accessorial charges. The Operations Support Specialist will work with various areas of the business to identify resolutions of customer payment discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Execute all accessorial-related activities.
  • Participate in the customer implementation process to create and maintain customer accessorial profiles.
  • Communicate customer process concerns to accessorial stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Create and maintain QSWIs and assist with system testing.
  • Identify opportunities that capture additional accessorial revenue.
