Job Description
The Operations Support Technician is responsible for performing unit inventories, checking off and restocking ALS and BLS units, and assisting with crew changes. The role also involves handling stock, delivering and picking up equipment and supplies, and performing inspections for accreditation. The incumbent must maintain a clean and organized workspace, and be prepared to respond to emergency scenes. The position requires heavy lifting and attention to detail to ensure patient care is not compromised.

Requirements

  • Active NC/SC driver's license
  • High School diploma or general education degree (G.E.D); or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic knowledge of EMS systems
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
  • Must complete and pass MDD/CVOC driver training after hire
