Role OverviewSimVentions is seeking an Operations System Analyst to join their team. The individual will perform integration and testing on Navy EW systems, develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards.
What You Will Do
The Operations System Analyst will be responsible for Electronic Warfare system software testing of government-owned systems that interface with multiple subsystems, EW systems, as well as AEGIS and SSDS combat systems. They will develop, integrate, and execute test cases and test procedures for the prescribed systems and provide SME support in this role from a testing facet.

Requirements
- Eight (8) years' experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
- Experience with Linux
- Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
- Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
- Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
- Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
