Operations Systems Analyst

URBN is looking for an Operations Systems Analyst to support our distribution centers' software products. The candidate must be highly motivated and able to learn new technologies quickly. This job is somewhat of a super-user for the warehouse system, so if you have good operational understanding and can learn new systems, you may be a good fit.

What You Will Do

The Operations Systems Analyst will provide distribution campus-based support for Distribution Centers using Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS). They will also support Direct, Retail, Wholesale, and OMNI systems, identify issues, and work with the team to resolve them. The candidate will research and troubleshoot procedure and software-related issues, communicate effectively, and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, operations, process, supply chain or related technical environment
• Well-rounded distribution / warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with WM / PkMS, MS Office
• Organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Attention to detail with a high level of personal accountability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and good judgment
• Ability to apply strategic focus to the resolution of functional, integration, and change management issues
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, phone and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and as a self-starter requiring minimal supervision
• Strong math skills
• Ability to quickly grasp organizational culture
• Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
