Operations Team Member

The Operations Team Member will be responsible for a variety of duties dependent upon the needs of the facility for the day while providing all guests with top-quality experience. This position is an active part of the conversion/changeover process before, during and after events.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include providing courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff, enforcing facility policies and procedures, setting up and taking down event-related items, and maintaining a clean facility.
