What You Will Do
Perform a variety of roles, including Fill-in Supervisor, Dispatcher, Equipment Operator, and Repair Employee. Assist in completion of production plans, coordinate and plan/implement equipment movement, and provide feedback to department supervision.

Requirements
- Three (3) years of related operational experience, including supervisory or lead experience
- Must have completed academic and practical competencies required
- Knowledge of operational area, policies, processes, and procedures
- Knowledge of supervisory methods and techniques
- Skilled in resolving day-to-day questions/problems regarding equipment, materials, methods, and procedures needed to complete projects
- Skilled in effective communication, both verbally and written
- Highly skilled in the operation of heavy mobile equipment (drills, shovels, haul trucks, dozer)
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
