Role OverviewThe Operator - Cutter/Flipper (CR) - Shift 1 will prepare frozen cheese made on assigned production lines at the Brunswick facility by performing certain tasks involved in preparing raw cheese to meet quality specifications and production needs. The role contributes to the profitability of the Company by performing tasks in a safe, efficient, quality-conscious, and cost-conscious manner and by working in a cooperative manner with his/her Team Leader and co-workers.
What You Will Do
Performs specific tasks associated with preparing raw cheese products that meet quality specifications and production needs, including setting up equipment, operating pallet jack or forklift, and sweeping food debris on the floor. Assists maintenance mechanics with preventive maintenance of machinery and performs other maintenance tasks as requested.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform basic math functions. The candidate should be punctual and reliable in their work attendance and able to apply all safe work practices associated with the tasks.
