Role OverviewThe Operator - (PE) Utility Worker will perform tasks involved in directing other team members and meeting quality specifications and production needs, contributing to the profitability of the Company by performing tasks in a safe, efficient, quality-conscious, and cost-conscious manner.
What You Will Do
The Operator will perform specific tasks associated with processing or packaging of product, including but not limited to packing, breaking out operators, and verifying correct date code.

The ideal candidate will be able to move to different equipment as needed, have prior knowledge of processing, and be able to direct the processing or packaging of product to meet quality specifications and production needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 - 3 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Punctual and reliable in their work attendance
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds
