Job Description

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Machine Operator
  • Successful completion of in-house slitter, forklift, and needlepunch operator certification
  • Ability to read and understand production and safety manuals
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven reliability and commitment to team success
  • Ability to create and maintain a respectful, safe work environment
  • Ability to regularly lift 50–75 lbs
