Assemble and fabricate hydraulic motors and steering units, monitor machining operations, troubleshoot issues, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and SOPs
- Basic math skills, including the ability to perform offsets and simple calculations
- Familiarity with standard measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle parts and tools with care
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs as needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
