Role OverviewAs an Operator 3, Bakery- Break Relief, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring products meet Aspire Bakeries' quality and food safety standards, and supporting efficient workflow across multiple production areas.
What You Will Do
Operate and adjust automated production and packaging equipment, monitor product quality, support line startups, changeovers, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance activities, and troubleshoot equipment and product-related issues.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, twisting, and climbing for extended periods.
