Operator Associate (C Shift)

The Operator Associate is responsible for operating assigned machines at the required rate, performing maintenance tasks, and monitoring machinery operations for quality and efficiencies. The role requires mechanical experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The Operator Associate will also be responsible for completing paperwork, communicating production information, and performing other assigned duties.

The Operator Associate will operate assigned machines, perform maintenance tasks, monitor machinery operations, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical machine problems, and perform necessary line adjustments to maintain and improve product quality.

• Demonstrated mechanical experience required
