Pregis is hiring an Operator I - 2nd Shift to work in a fast-paced factory environment, ensuring safe and efficient operation of converting machines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Work safely
  • Conduct physical/ visual inspection of product
  • Meet or exceed production performance standards
  • Perform housekeeping
  • Conduct quality audits
  • Record quality defects
  • Read/ interpret documents, work instructions, and templates
  • Pack and palletize goods to be shipped
  • Maintain production supplies/ materials
  • Communicate with outgoing/ incoming shift
  • Record production data in machine computer
  • Dispose product scrap into appropriate film-type gaylord
  • Create labels
  • Actively participate in 5s program
  • Calculate production numbers
  • Actively assist fellow coworkers when able
