Role OverviewAs an entry-level operator, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting medical device components in a cleanroom environment. You will follow established manufacturing procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area. This role is part of a team-oriented, customer-focused corporate culture that prioritizes building strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships with customers and team members.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include assembling components and finished products according to manufacturing instructions, performing visual inspections to ensure product quality, accurately completing traceability forms and production documentation, and following all SOPs and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to stand, sit, and bend for extended periods of time, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive hand and arm motions. You will also need to be able to work in a cleanroom environment and follow established manufacturing procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–3 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment preferred
