Pregis is hiring an Operator III (Lead Operator) to run and lead operations on converting and finishing lines, leading a team, maintaining high production standards, and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong experience operating industrial or converting equipment
  • Leadership or team-lead experience in a production environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot machinery and optimize performance
  • Understanding of web handling, tension controls, and inline equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
