Role OverviewThe Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating fluff converting lines, maintaining product quality, and collaborating with other team members to ensure product quality, quantity, and efficiencies.
What You Will Do
The Operator will perform tasks such as adjusting machine components, recording production data, inspecting finished goods, and performing quality tests. They will also train and serve as a mentor/lead to others on the line crew.

Requirements
- High school degree
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds throughout a 12-hour shift
