Role OverviewThe OPFOR Assistant Team Lead will supervise up to 4 team members and assist in the development of OPFOR operational plans using current and emerging doctrine and tactics. The role requires continuous learning of emerging C2 systems and technology. The team lead will work closely with Scenario Integrators, Data Base personnel, and JRTC Observer Controller Trainers (OCTs) in the execution of Unit Training Events.
What You Will Do
The OPFOR Assistant Team Lead will train, coach, and supervise personnel in the use and execution of a WARSIM Battle Space Workstation (BSWS) and/or follow-on fielded constructive simulations. The role involves coordinating with various teams to facilitate training scenarios and system files used in support of Unit Training Events.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in combat, combat support, or combat service and support units, with experience executing constructive exercises at the BCT level or higher. The candidate should be familiar with BSWS maneuver operations and have experience in a leadership position at Company, Battalion, or Brigade level.
Requirements

- Former Sergeant First Class (E-7) or above
