Provides assistance in routine technical procedures, gathers data, and administers treatments as an Ophthalmic Assistant in the Ophthalmology Department at UT Southwestern.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of experience in medical or related field
  • Preferred completion of basic and advanced home-study courses approved by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology
  • Experience in eye care is preferred
