  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some college coursework or Associates degree
  • JCAHPO certification
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to think quickly and be attentive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proficient in EMR and computer literacy
