Job Description
The role of the Ophthalmic Assistant is to work closely with the clinic physicians to perform basic, advanced, and complex functions, including documenting patient medical records and inputting recommended treatments and/or procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 Year Medical/Ophthalmic Scribe experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some college coursework or Associates degree preferred
  • JCAHPO certification preferred
  • CPR preferred
